Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, or in other words talk therapy, is a way to help clients navigate through emotional disturbances and a variety of mental health issues.

My main goal in therapy is to provide an environment for deeply courageous healing work for my client - an environment that breeds trust and safety.

I specialize in areas related to anxiety (PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder), stress management, anger management, self-concept work, grief and complex trauma work as it relates to the loss of significant loved ones, life transition and motor vehicle accidents. I also work with teens, young adults, working professionals, seniors and parents.

What mostly sets me apart in therapeutic work is the attention I place on faith-based work and combining it with body-based strategies.

Types of therapy: Person centered, CBT, Somatic therapy, DBT, Narrative therapy, Solution focused
